it appears i ruined the chances of us going to japan on vacation

it would have been the first time i even left the state.

we were supposed to go in about 5 months, but i had a dental cleaning today

$12,000 worth of work needs to be done because we don't have insurance

especially sucks because i've been learning japanese for a while and am already close to conversational

i still need to learn to read, but dimden sent me a very good resource for learning hiragana.

anyways, we likely can't go on vacation until long after we move. our lease expires in december 2024 so we need to save money

dunno how to feel, when my dad gets home it will not be fun
